This is a UNION SPECIAL FLAT BED DOUBLE LAP SEAM (FELD SEAM) Industrial Sewing Machine Folder.
This folder will fit the 51500 CLASS U& 56500 Union Special Industrial Sewing Machines. This folder fits machines with the 1/4" Gauge parts. This folder is designed to be mounted onto the bed by 2 screws of UNION SPECIAL, KANSAI, and KINGLINE Industrial Sewing Machines.
There are 4 different WEIGHTS:
MEDIUM: for very light fabrics like light apparel applications.
MEDIUM HEAVY: for more general sewing on most woven fabrics and common apparel applications like cotton pants.
HEAVY: for Heavy Apparel applications like corduroy pants, light to medium denim, light to medium canvas products, and light to medium weight awnings.
EXTRA HEAVY: for the heaviest industrial applications like tarps, tents, heavy canvas products, heavy awnings, and very heavy denim.
